- Liquid chocolate or Cocoa powder
Equipment:
Process:
- Two teaspoons of the preferred instant coffee should be added to a cup of water that has been brought to a boil. If your coffee has sugar, add it now as desired.
- Then, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder or sipping chocolate to your coffee.
- To your instant coffee, add around 35ml of recently boiled (not boiling) water.
- The milk should then be steamed next. Take 250 milliliters of milk.
- Pick a saucepan & your thermometer, add the calculated amount of milk, and then slowly heat it over medium heat while stirring occasionally to prevent it from boiling. If you're using dairy milk, it must reach 65°C; for soy or almond milk, it must reach 60°C.
- Pour the steaming milk over the coffee and chocolate mixture.
- If desired, top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
